you freeze unrandmonizer then you click on ok then you freeze the cheat you want...
its easy to hack it but u dont need cheat engine to do it

check again if you dont forget to freeze one because you realy need to freeze ALL of it if you dont some will not work .... and i know you cant freeze some of them but you supose to freeze all of the clock hack ...
