Over-posted and over-rated. It's a simple Sequencer! Plays the next note no matter where the keyboard is struck. So quit with Menendez already. His, and Eastwood's act have been busted by me, and many others, so many times I've lost count.
The evidenve is quite clear. As a keyboard player I can assure you that this is a sequencer. The balls are not hitting anywhere close to the notes that are played.
We all witnessed that his instrument is especially designed due to the size of the balls to fit in every key, I think his keyboard is really functional, but for sure is programmed that anywhere he throws the ball or whatever key he hits he will never hits a wrong note or turning out of tune. Just like the "performance assistant technology" function from other Yamaha keyboards, whatever keys you hit you will never plays a wrong note"

If you watch, where he hits the piano with the ball has nothing to do with what note comes out. It's most likely set up to play a specific sequence of notes, since they do at least play at the same time as when the ball hits the piano.
It's cool, but it's not anything really approaching playing the piano.
