Various names for it are carbon tax cut, carbon tax shift, tax cut/fossil fee, carbon or fossil "feebate", etc.

Those of us who see the real threat of uncontrolled fossil fuels don't appreciate those who think it's some sort of conspiracy using this to their advantage. Don't ignore their good solution.
