Okay, so I like just riffing off of these random issues. Two takes.
If you take the first letter of each of the words he said and rearrange them you get DOWSE which is what you do when you are trying to find something... like inner peace and wisdom.
OR
These words are a gentle reminder and guide to escape our energy crisis. If we share our resources and use hydro-electric power and wave-power in the oceans we will have both energy and environmental friendship.
