This doesn't speed up your mac, it renices processes, something you shouldn't mess with, the system knows what it is doing.

@jabwd wanna know how to speed up your Mac? use it sensibly. Macs are pretty damn fast anyway. Running OSX helps. I can understand all the "Speed up Windows" business, but a Mac doesn't NEED speeding up if it's treated right.
