You have said that you don't like powder on your face anymore since your skin is getting dry ("older" you said I think!) and you prefer liquid foundation. Why don't you try mineral powder foundation? :) It is powder but does not feel like or appear like powder on your face! It blends in really well. I've got very dry skin and even acne, and I LOVE this stuff! I've got one from MaryKay and one from JaneIredale.
