@989chaotic cut a "V" shape wood from the next tree close to you, and if you have old or new cycle tube, cut two stripes like this one and a small lether piece for the middle to hold the stone , its so easy, wish you good luck.

@Xeitone I don't think you can really, since it's tension aimed even the slightest assymetry is going to drasticly affect accuracy. And it's going to do so differently every shot, it's not like a gun with bad sightings. That's probably the problem you have. So 'I think' you're pretty much doomed to buy a purposely built frame :/

There's really cheap ones though, good enough to practice your aim with. armurerie-lavaux com has a 10euro unit that looks decent enough if you're EU based.

On the H design, what do you think about extending the anchor point to the back, nearer the top? Then you could add another roller on the bottom and get even more draw length from essentially the same design.
