hello, please what type, size, diameter and length of rope did you use? I am 16 years old and i am in search of some backyard conditioning. So if i buy a rope should i also buy a sledgehammer and tire aswell?. Thanks
Looks like you're sticking your butt out too much. To better balance the workout, squat lower, but keep your back straight; that'll incorporate your legs more, and make you fight to keep your balance as the rope tugs you forward.

Its a core workout, the legs are more for stability. The leg workout combined with ropes includes lunging while doing the double waves
