No need for the twisting to cut at all!!!! twist cut is more for eliminating weight randomly on mid length hair!!! why bother doing it on short length!!!???

I have used this method but not cut through the hair just snipped into it or hit it with my razor .. it helps gives it alot of texture but i will have to try this method of cutting off the length this way the next short cut i do

I think it's pretty exciting that the pixie styles are starting to come back into fashion, finally. Layered and graduated cuts still get requested more, but they are starting to return. And they can look really cute.
