No. The IRA didnt represent much of the Catholic community anyway. In the North, many Catholics voted SDLP. Do the Tones care about the bank manager's wives who were tied up, had guns held to their heads in their own homes when the IRA robbed the Northern Bank? They are scared to go home EVEN NOW! Do the Tones care about them? Clearly not!

cearsuave. I stand by what I said. The band are very selective in who they care about. They write about IRA hunger strikers but never the IRA's victims. Why havent they written about the victims of Enniskillen, Warrington, and countless others? Two kids killed in Warrington in 1993 caused outrage everywhere. Why is it the IRA are ok to kill innocent people (including kids) yet when the Brits allow some IRA guys to kill themselves in prison, the Brits are all bastards? Not consistent thinking.
