@iOutComei I thought the same thing to myself but then I remember the Oracle saying that the One's power extended beyond the Matrix all the way back to the source. Since the Matrix was designed by machines the machines are the source of the Matrix. And the machines were originally created by humans in the real world before they began thinking for humans and took over. So Neo's power extending back to the source would apply to the machines. Neo just blew up the machines not the Matrix itself.

A large portion of this world (yes you also) is still 'asleep' and unaware of the true structure of this world's society as it is being played in front of our eyes by the ruling elite and the media they control...
