I loved Pirates before the films came out, but with the films I have grown even more obsessed with the idea and history behind them. I really like films that have some sort of tie to reality, yet they leave you hanging with the suspense that it probably won’t ever happen to you. Even crime and thriller films like Trespass, the new Schumacher project. The film has a basis of home invasion and the trailer brings the tension to the surface of the film. Hi is the best character of all time.. i agree. But i think they went too far by making the fourth one. In the first one, you get to know a little about Davy Jones, and the movie is the story about Jack Sparrow, Davy Jones, and Calypso, and that Jack Sparrow had to take his place on the ship. The fourth one is like "Who the hell is Black Beard? .. how did they meet?" .. You get NO clues in the other movies about him, and i think they just blew it. It would have been the greatest trilogy ever.
