Ivet Lalova of Bulgaria got 4th.  Yulia Nesterenko of Belarus won, and yes she did come from no where and hasnt really done anything on the international scene since.

Yes she did, she won a bronze medal in helsinki in the 4x100 relays along with her other 3 athletes from belarus but of course she was the fastest.

She also won another bronze medal in the european championships in goteborg 2006.
