I just cant imagine that they could assemble what equivalates to a Forward Operating Base just across our border without one of our satellites, drones, or something catching it? That is bound to make a decent sized "blip" on a map that would raise some eyebrows? As some of the other statements have been made, usually if they bring that much supplies they would at least bring enough food to sustain their soldiers until at least the invasion occured.
