Just a note if you haven't fixed this issues, use another allen wrench, so that you have one on the right and one on the left. Both of those bolts are connected to a link axle so it will turn. Call Customer care if you have further questions, the number should be in your manual. Good Luck!

@jesseyounker We fixed the issue -- can't remember how, was a long time ago! Thanks for the advice.
