@Vin3160 [20ID]daskro here, yes, xcal and DJR (known as waldodude then) were both on 20ID's Battlefield Vietnam team. They retired from competitive play after BFV. DJR had us scrub all of his posts off our web site after he attempted to become a WoW GM in the late 2000s. He had some pretty spectacular front page posts, too bad they are all gone.

I really do like the tactical gameplay you all use in these matches. Are any of you guys military trained or did you just learn by gaming?

That probably sounds weird, but it's pretty apparent that most people have no idea how to maintain spacing or move tactically in a random PUG. Y'all learned it somewhere!

@komuvemd All came from just pure competitive gaming. L4BEL originated from AVA, a CS knockoff. So spacing, positioning, and timing were key.

@bjerkeaa Our team is really small and rarely get 12 on at the same time. 12v12 competitive is very rare anyways. It's usually 4v4 or 8v8 nowadays.
