As someone who been known to be guilty of verbally indulging in a bit of questionable *speech*.. although I know that doing so is not considered polite or ladylike ... sometimes, you have let off a bit of steam regardless of what it may look like at the moment! Also I feel that way about being so full of themselves with their EGOs and it’s "All about Them". Also taking any lifestyle is very important, whether it’s on your eating habits, or any form of a daily fitness routine and mannerisms.
