do you use castor oil. i joined a castor oil challenge today and was wondering if you are familiar with that oil. its sort of heavy but the jamaican black castor oil is something i am looking into for softness and hair growth.
We JUST bought some on Sunday. Let me know how it works for you... We didn't get the Jamaican kind though... just the kind that you find in the drug store.

I really like this for my entire body and you can eat it as well for a good healthy oil in a protein shake!

I use coconut oil for an oil treatment before I wash my hair, for my feet I use Shea body butter, from the body shop, it is so good
