I spend like an hour polishing one boot and I have like the third shiniest boots excluding the officers PS they are called shoulder flashes,not badges and why hasn't he sewed them on???

Hey im the only Female Cadet in my Detachment and i am a Sergent i am also 4 star and i think your kit is alright by what i can see but then again i cant see much i would comment on boots to say they need polished a bit more
