ah. i saw it like that (clear, not snowing) december last year. i stood on that bridge n all. was even nicer and had more coverage than there. was a mistake, i was in the city centre looking for one of their many subways, got disorientated quite a bit but kept walking. was very peaceful (was basically no traffic, very few other people). i'd like to see it like that again haha.
