  • @1KMeadow I think she means the viewer will have the weight in their right hand since we look at her like a mirror image when we watch the video. When her weight is in her left hand, we follow it with our right.

  • Much tougher than I thought it would be. No matter how much I workout I will never have legs like her though -lol.

  • Her legs are too wide when she's doing plies. Plus your knee should never go past your toes.
