You are change for a dollar boston..Read the report yourself ,and if you can understand wht it is saying you will understand that it is never conclusive,,Even I can seriously impune the thing...Start with the abstract and then follow the experiments,not once does it ever say it is thermite,except they found,alumunium and such that is found in themite..But whne they took the paint chips and soaked it for 40 hours and it burnt when flame was added.they said it was thermite..
