Well,when you get the Shrouded armor and talked to the person that you were suppose to (Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary: Astrid mission) you're in the Darkbrotherhood?

(for xbox) go to your inventory locate the two weapons you wont and press RT on one of the weapons and LT on the other then you should be dual-weilding two weapons. And on PS3 I think it is the same but you preess R1 on one of them and L1 on the other.
