And it wan't even a stock one, having longer wings. No description of handling qualities, not even decent footage other than a small break away from the photo-plane.
Hmm, for a proffesional test pilot I would have thought you would use a bit of rudder when you did the break from the chase plane, would have cleaned up the adverse yaw.
Yes I have heard of top rudder and am familiar with the concept. but that turn we are talking about in this video wasn't any knife edge, or slow roll, etc....
those were examples geez how much do I have to explain this ha-ha. if you get the concept then you would see he was keeping the nose up with rudder, it was not sloppy uncoordinated flying.
I am a pilot, not a test pilot and I am an A&P. But thank you for your interesting and informative response which actually added absolutely nothing to the discussion.
Again, thankyou for yet another wasted chance to offer anything to the discussion. And no welcome is necessary, I was on the internet whilst you still had peach fuzz on your nuts, get some time up pup.
Nice video, yes, would love to hear CJ give specifics on handling.
The rest of posters: GO TO TIME OUT RIGHT NOW. YOU MAY NOT COME OUT UNTIL DINNER. YOU MUST LEARN TO PLAY NICE OR NO FLYING FOR YOU!

I find your outburst very disappointing too. It's just a clip. You can read the rave over on the right and go and look at the association if you want.
Instead you decided to make yourself look foolish.
Choices, choices.

If you were looking he actually used left rudder to keep the nose up. and stay level with the chase plane.

sorry kid...but how does using rudder "keep the nose up"?
azfsiguy 3 years ago
Have you ever heard of top rudder? when you're knife edge the rudder acts as an elevator.
like in a slow roll? 4 point roll? 8 point roll?

You are no pilot, yet alone test pilot and certainly not a 'professional' at anything.
