I think the Nintendo creaters are doing this purposely... I mean come on! Last time I checked Wario was Waluigi's partner.. so why can't he be apart of his games?!
So? Luigi was just a palette swap at first for Mario! Then he jumped in adventure games to be by Mario's side. Why should WAluigi's sole purpose be to only just be by Wario's side in party games/spin-offs!? Why doesn't he appear by Wario's side in Wario's games?! It would ONLY make SENSE!! ಠ_ಠ

well Wa-Luigi was solely made for a partner in Mario tennis.
So, in a way he's not a real character (well he didnt start as one)
but, i cameo appearance would have been nice
