  • @Ribod Thanks for commenting.. This little video was just for fun, nothing else.. As for your question, I'm curious as to exactly what you mean. I was playing around with a single riff with one root, trying not to make it too stale.. distortion pedals, along with all other effects are just tools for expression. How one uses these tools in others perspective are completely subjective. If you believe that the tune was thin and shallow, I appreciate your perspective.

  • i have digitech deathmaster , and digitech grunge, ive tryed them but so bad sound , then i have a good multieffect and tryed so many ways but i dont get a good sound , i have so bad amp , 10 watt stagg amp , i think bad sound becose of it , then i have esp sv guitar, its the other reason maybe , i just get so heavy sound , and nothing good , maybe i bought a wrong guitar, or my amp just sucks or both , i wanna get sound like u and yngwie malmsteen somethink like that : ) answer please : )

  • Hey nice tune guy it rocks ! :)

  • @Madvall.. Appreciate it!

  • amazing tone

  • Thanks!

  • @Cry4her .. Thanks!

  • Do you recommend this pedal, is it the best one you ever owned? Are those stock tubes in the pedal and amp? The jamming speaks for itself, sounds bad ass.

  • Thanks!

as for the amp, it's a Epiphone Valve Jr. head and cabinet... by itself it's a little bassy, and muffled., but I did do a Bitmo Tweaky mod on it which is pretty good.., however you can just do the 'Jumpy' mod (do a search and you'll see a guy who shows how to do it) and replace the preamp tube w/ a tung sol 12ax7 which has a little more quality.. the newest version of the basic amp already has an updated quality power tube.. but the distx has the original tube which is a bit noisy..

  • honestly this pedal is by far the best sounding distortion pedal I've heard in a long time., the only pedal that can compete that I've found recently is the Zvex Distortron but it lacks the 'balls' that this pedal has, as well as being extremely versatile for different types of music, not just metal or hard rock..

  • The British side is the right side of the ISF control.. The American side is the left.
