Check out my other video on how to use Joomla Pack. Generally database connection issues are due to incorrect username and passwords. You can reset them on your localhost using phpmyadmin

Great tutorials! Any chance on one for downloading existing live site to wamp and the database also?

Tried to do that and keep getting cannot connect to database errors
