Here wiht my knowledge, what I say is , if both go to higer notes it doesn't sound good, so shanmuga goes silent at higher notes, and esp her voice has sweetness and innocence which elivates teh devotinal feeling , you got to listen pahi jagaj janani of them to understand this

Yes it is fine. lalithambike is in Samskrutam, and lalithambikaye in Tamil.

Yes she is Hari Priya the younger one the elder one is Shanmukha priya , OMG the elder one tone is sooo innocent and pure filled with devotion ... listen der other songs .... they both are equally good and the most best part is the sync b/w the sisters ....

I absolutely love Mahrajpuram Santhanam- he is my favorite singer. He sang this song beautifully- you are right. I have a cd of him singing it which i have listened to about a hundred times. But I believe the priya sisters sang is BEAUTIFULLY too (: I just love this song!
