IMHO, Powell is on form and will continue challenge for the top spot, along with Gay. Bolt is doing much more PR and marketing now than ever before so he may not be training as much. I'm almost sure that when his team and coach review this run there will be some changes going into the next meet. (Tough being at the top as well).
