  • i hate this gym and i havent even been there before.... the yellow machines hurt my eyes! ALOT! im sure its a really really good gym but i hate it cuz of the eye hurting yellow colors

  • I started deadlifting a few months ago and can prob deadlift about 300-320 lbs. I made progress quick but my GRIP is starting to fail, what should I do,

    Some people say to use straps, others say don't I do use gloves but my fingers hurt still because there not covered obviously. Like the whole time my forearms were burning.

    Like whats the right way of doing things, everything is controversial, no straps or straps??

  • @HomicidalDavid work on your forearms... you'll get stronger from there, in turn it will make a stronger grip. rape dem forearms

  • @HomicidalDavid Don't use gloves. They make it harder to grip the bar. Either use straps or use an alternating grip. If you're a powerlifter than use an alternating grip or hook grip and if you're a bodybuilder than you can use straps instead.

  • what the fuck is the problem with straps?!?...the deadlift utilizes/works mainly lower back,hips,legs, ect....NOT to show off your grip...straps prevent you from dropping the weight on your foot and looking like a fucking idiot!!....i dont get why people give so much shit to people who use straps but fucking WORSHIP the guys who use bench-shirts and squat suits....well any way great dead lift and dont listen to these tools who THINK they are strong.....

  • funny how people like to juge eh they dont get it useing straps letS the back go to failur NOT the GRIP when bodybuilding you want to get big so there for you would want the back getting the most work doing deads but power there is no strap allowed so that is why they train with them i do bouth straps and no straps so i do agree with you good lifting strap or no sraps

  • like dropping bodyfat to 10% is so hard. Diet and sprints fix that. We'll count this when you actually pull without the straps and gloves.

    straps are for pansies and the main reason peoples forearms can't take the weight they deadlift is because they started to use straps and lost forearm strength. If you never start using them then your forearms will be able to take the load

  • @ninerscali Dude, he is controlling the weight the whole time and doesnt have to throw it on the ground, like the chumps in your videos. Gloves are wimpy, but straps are good for safety reasons.

  • @ninerscali There's nothing wrong with using gloves and straps. As far as I'm concerned, you should never allow grip strength to dictate or limit how much you can lift on an exercise like deadlifts because your forearms will almost always fatigue before all the large muscle groups that are involved in the lift. You can always do forearm and grip strengthening exercises separately.

  • Hips rose too high too fast, before your shoulders. Other than that good lift! If you focused on pulling back more instead of up, you'd def be able to do more weight.
