@HomicidalDavid Don't use gloves. They make it harder to grip the bar. Either use straps or use an alternating grip. If you're a powerlifter than use an alternating grip or hook grip and if you're a bodybuilder than you can use straps instead.

@ninerscali There's nothing wrong with using gloves and straps. As far as I'm concerned, you should never allow grip strength to dictate or limit how much you can lift on an exercise like deadlifts because your forearms will almost always fatigue before all the large muscle groups that are involved in the lift. You can always do forearm and grip strengthening exercises separately.
@ninerscali now im not some massive powerlifter benching 8 billion with a range of about 3 inches but im positive that gloves dont do anything,to help do more weight and there is nothing wrong with using straps

Hips rose too high too fast, before your shoulders. Other than that good lift! If you focused on pulling back more instead of up, you'd def be able to do more weight.
