And what is gowing behind the stone on the right side? Is is Hemianthus...? Anyway, very nice tank, I like the bubbles coming out of the glosso all the time :)
@Godric56 I need a type of plant that covers the bottom of my tank like a carpet suchas the glosso, but a plant that does not grow too rapidly any suggestions? Also what type of soil do I need for the plants to live? Now I am going to have fish in my tank also.
It took me about 2 to 3 weeks to fully grow my carpet of glosso alot of work for glosso as it grown so fast..And some advice its alot like anything else try try try and try i have had alot of tanks before this one so that might be crappy advice but its the best i got try differnt things till it works for you and always listen and read alot
I don't know if you still read comments on this video, but I'm looking for some advice. I've got a 40gal, planted, but my plan is to upgrade to a 60gal cube. I did not plant the bottom, as yours is, to give the grass effect. I have a variety of Chain Swords, Ludwiga, and Red Lotus, and then Christmas and Java moss on drift wood.
Continued: How long will it take to set up the ground cover? Can I just do substrate and then moss and then mesh over the entire bottom? And then can I move my fish into straight away? I am concerned b/c I don't have the money to be running 3 tanks, I really need to shut down the 40gal as soon as I have the 60 gal running. I'm currently seeing power bills at $288/mo off my 2 existing tanks.
@xxWeaponX I've never planted carpet plants with mesh but, like HC, you could just plant them directly into the substrate with some tweezers. (make sure it's deep enough) You can just set them a few inches apart from each other and they will fill into a carpet with time. The time in which a carpet can be formed varies. If you want fast results, get some VERY good lighting, and co2 system. (diy co2 systems works as well) With that, you should have a very nice carpet of which ever plant you want.
90-P is the model description of the ADA tank. Means: 90x45x45cm!
My Guess for the Plants:
Echinodorus Tenellus in the left background
Glossostigma elatinoides, and maybe hemianthus micranthemoides behind the stone on the right. Because of the Video Quality i'm not able to identify all of the plants.
Man esas plantas que estan como base de tu acuario son de verdad o artificiales y como las conseguistes? Perú

Do all the ADA setups have an open top like that? I think I'd have moisture problems in the house in winter if my aquarium was open like that.

I have a question, did you have ever had black beard algae, and how to get rid of it?
I got a little bit, but I can`t kill it somehow....
