  • Ted Kennedy site: FATBOY.cc

  • LIAR LIAR, your pants are on FIRE!!!

  • hey zennie62, did you know that if you say he word gullible, very slowly, it will sound like you are saying green beans?

  • You are a stupid idiot.. There is no statute of limitations on murder. You dont know if they were both tired. He didnt try to save her!!! he got out of the car as fast as he could ran home and called his lawer. He had a press conference and all was swept under the rug.You sir and like minded blacks, have been whats wrong with the black community for years. You are an Uncle Tom who believes "whateva Massa"tells you.

  • He was tired? He was fucking wasted you dumass.. He got off because of his name.. Ted K was a scumbag.. you are the one who needs to do some "research".. moron

  • niggerized

  • 1- Nowhere in any of the compiled evidence was there ever any mention of the strength of the current 2- Ted was charged with leaving the scene w injury....that was the motor vehicle offense...the later testimony was given at a wrongful death inquest, not a trial....so double jeaporedy was never an issue. He could have and should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter in addition to the ticket he received. If it happened to you or me it would have, but JFK and RFKs deaths saved him

  • someone once said what you hussle you would never get back! fact of history is that ted kennedy did the wrong thing on that night and the stain of that behavior stayed with him for all his days and even in death. this is a clear evidenc of how his actions of that night has been judged. in life he never managed to over come the stain of chappaquiddick, for you to try and do it for him now is just sad. but i know republicans that would forgive their elected officals everything as well. sad

  • He left Mary Jo Kopechne to die in six feet of water.

  • Zennie, you're an idiot! Defending this man is inexcusable! He cheated on his wife w/ a hooker, killed her and failed to report it until after local fisherman discovered the car and her body. The Kennedy's money and political influence kept him out of trouble. Did you know that JFK (w/ support from the rest of his family) voted against the Civil Rights Act? Kennedy was a socialist and and a murderer. Ted was a drunken liar who got away w/ murder. The people have spoken! Wise up dumbass!

  • Such A LIAR! Ted Kennedy was drunk and ran the car off the road and left her there in the lake to drown... Then he walked home and the next morning the called the police. THE NEXT MORNING HE CALLED THE POLICE. The night before he was so intoxicated from the party. Btw she was not a advisor but actually a prostitute... Stop Lying Zennie that is not true and its a shame your lying to the american people.

then he became the left wing spiritual advisor of the left wing party...

    Zennie62 = Liar

  • When a tragedy happens to you? It was a tragedy for Mary Jo. And Mary Jo deserved more days in the sun, too.

  • I still stick to my comment you people suck, and need ot evaluate your own lives.

  • So rape and murder are okay if you're a patriot and serve your country?

Or is it the get-out-of-jail-free card with Kennedy on it?

  • @raffafan oh yeah excatly he also crimmted another crime Drink And Drive

  • It's fine to remember the good. You shouldn't forget the bad though. That 40 years passed doesn't excuse a wrongful death. He was an adult, responsible for his own actions. His cousin didn't stick to Ted's story. Because of him we know Ted wanted to pretend that Mary Jo was driving, and all alone in Rose Kennedy's Oldsmobile. His cousin convinced him no one would believe, so Ted changed to the "official" account which was also a load of BS. Open your eyes. Don't fear what truth you might see.

  • People who murder while under the influence do not deserve respect. He killed that girl..period. He got what he deserved and is roasting in hell.

  • Kennedy killed a woman while under the influence and faced no punishment..and how would his friends back him..no one was there. Black people = stupid.

  • Ted is roasting in hell. There is a God afterall.Piss on Ted Kennedy.

  • Facts Zennie?....It was his car, she drowned in it , he escaped and delayed any rescue or report of the accident, her family was devastated, he went on to pursue his political destiny. If I had done the same, I would have been tried for manslaughter, sued, and disgraced, and deserving of it. Get over it? No thanks, It is very good not to get over some things. Such as social injustice, victimization of the innocent. I suppose now...Jesus will settle this Zennie...in a more perfect place.

  • Her. Mary is a girls name.

  • Rennie: Have you taken the time to read the FBI file on this incident? The public needs to read these files and you can access them on the FBI website. The agents who did the investigation definately had trouble with Kennedy's account of what happened and you can tell this from their comments about 8 potential incidents of perjury and all the anomalies the agents pointed out. Furthermore, have you read the comments made by the jury foreman for the grand jury on this case?

  • BULLSHIT-shoulndt you be on the porch, waiting for the mailman to bring your welfare check?

  • Kennedy was punished? How about the Kopechne family? You are a nut.

  • double jeapardy?JUST CAUSE OJ WAS FOUND INNOCENT DOESNT MEAN I SHOULD Hook him up with my daughter.AND just because michael jackson was not in prison doesnt mean I would ever let him babysit my kids. This man was found guilty of his crimes.Maybe he didnt serve any time and it was basically a misjudgement not something to get life over but hes still a piece of shit. And no i dont have anything against ted kennedy.Drunk or not.

  • Zennie: Please list all of the books written on this incident that you have read prior to making this video. Otherwise you are guilty of the very accusations you level at others. Have you read the morticians comments regarding Mary Jo? Please explain why an autopsy was not performed on this unatended death. Yes her parents filed motions to stop a potential autopsy. However, the State can and often does request an autopsy anyway. BTW Kennady claimed that he was not drinking prior to the crash

  • Zennie. Had any other joe blow wrecked his car while drinking killing a passenger in the process, he would have been facing serious charges. Second, by not calling the authorities immediately, Kennedy deprived Mary Jo of needed emergency services and also any semblence of Justice. Also Your claim of double jeopardy is false on its face. As he was never charged with any kind of homicide charge, double jeopardy could not exist, and no one has tried to charge him with leaving the scene twice

  • Teddy didn't just cheat the hangman, he even cheated the embalmer! :)

  • His sentenced was dismissed. That doesn't sound like punishment to me. Maybe you think differently, but it's pretty assanine to say that a politician (a LIBERAL politican) should get off just because he "did good for the country.

And those "great things" he did for the country? Let's see..a "catholic" who passed a whole crapload of pro-abortion legistlation doesn't sound like a honorable thing to me.

And about whether the cop was "spying"? Typical "fuck-the-police" mentality.

  • He tried his best to sober up all the world's winos by drinking all the booze before they could get to it. Like everything else, he failed at that too.

  • No, numbnuts. He was not held accountable for her death. And they should not have buried this bloated alcoholic at Arlington Cemetery where the real heroes of this country are buried. You are just another fucking liberal tax and spend teat sucker. Fuck you

  • I don't give a shit about Kennedy, a leftwing hack.

  • thanks great video. hes a great american and i love how the right says they care more about the military and their sacrifice, but it was ted kennedy who helped vets get health coverage from the gov for gulf war syndrome, he helped all hum vs get armor planting to protect from IEDs, he helped raise money for working body armor for all personel in both wars. he voted against the illegal iraq war. yeah he had an accident and the reason they left the party was they were both crying about rfks death

  • But didn't Teddy's daddy get him out of serving 4 years in the service due to a mistake? A REAL American would fight till the end. We have Iraq War vets who have lost limbs and are going back to fight of their own accord. This fat sack of worm food could barely handle 2 years!

What a joke. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

  • Hey, serving two years in Paris has to be worse than 4 years in combat. Which is worse, putting up with people shooting at you or tolerating the french? :)

Seriously, you are right, he was a coward as well as a cheat, fraud, drunk, and murderer.

And he was never punished. He didn't even have to do like OJ and spend years searching the world's golf courses for the "real killer".

  • Good people sometimes make bad decisions and/or actions. However, he was very fortunate not to have gotten life in prison. How can u excuse his behavior. Sad.

  • hahaha life in prison?? for what? that football player donte stallworth was drunk and hit a man crossing the street, he gave the family $5 million and isnt gonna spend a day in jail. go bitch about that. people who commit murder often times dont get life in prison. im sure someone in your family has done worse the ted kennedy, and im sure no 1 in ur family comes close to the great things he and his family have done for this country. so go fuck yourself and go live your perfect life

  • I agree with your video. He was punished, alright. When he was never able to become president, that was a huge punishment. Imagine never being able to get the one thing you really want. Not to mention how his character and image were permanently tainted. Those are hard things to have to live with. I admire your courage to post a video like this, with all of the criticism you have received. Keep speaking the truth, my friend.

  • Man, you are just another pathetic house negro. Just shut the fuck up! You are pathetic!

  • He wasn't punished!!!!! Punished would have been charged with vehicular manslaughter!!!!

The rescue diver said the body was in an air pocket and if Kennedy did report the crash immediately she could have been saved. He should have reported the accident IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Lets not forget that teddy was also caught cheating on the bar exam!!!!!!

  • He was too busy practicing at the other bar. :)

  • Sure. It was just a big mistake to wait 10 hours to call the police only after getting a good nights sleep and purposely calling the front desk to complain about some nonexistent noise to create an alibi. And only admitting that he was the driver after he couldn't weasel out of it. Also the fact that she didn't drown, but suffocated, meaning there could have been plenty of time to call emergency crews to help rescue her. Please stop appologizing for him. He didnt care about you or your plight.

  • -Man,how naive you are.

-Do you really believe that a white, rich, spoiled and aristocratic politician ever had any simpathy for black people?

-If you do,you don't know anything about human nature.

-This man always lived in swanky surroundings filled with lobsters, luxury cars and beautiful women, never had to work for a living or catch the bus at the end of the day or beg for a raise.

-He was a self-centered,egotistical SOB that used the minorities as pawns to keep his lifestyle.

    -Wake up !

  • What makes this Bozo an expert on the subject? He wasn't there. And he's going to educate us? Sheriff was spying on them? Where did that come from? Ted got off easy and there's getting around it. Yeah, he plead guilty. How could he deny it? And the good he's done for the country?Like what? Admit it ... you're just a liberal spouting the Dem line. I bet you voted for Obama- right?

Lots of people die every day...good ones and BAD ONES you bonehead.

  • Tired !!!!! He was drunk!

  • I wonder if anyone from Mary Jo's family sent flowers to the Kennedy's.. probably not.. Kennedy saved his pink pudgy ass and went home and slept like a baby leaving mary jo to die. He shows up the next day with his lawyer.. the guy is a slimeball and there is no doubt where he is now

  • Dude, are you shitting me?!?! Ted, according to testimony from friends, continued to joke about killing Mary Jo up to the day of his own death. Search "Kennedy liked to joke about Chappaquiddick". You people are willing to warp any moral boundary in the name of covering for your party. That is terrible.

  • Nah, It's nutty thing you say. You instantly jump up and say don't say anything about Mary Joe. Dude. I would not go there.

Then old Teddy was kind mean to people who did not agree with him. Conservatives. What about some forgiveness from old Ted. I didn't see any. He'd stick it to them every chance he could.

  • Oh come on..this piece of shit disgusting pig Ted Kennedy deserved the electric chair..not compassion or understanding..he was a murderer and an alcaholic....this criminal had been raping the american people for 4 decades before he finally died...Im glad this bastard is dead i only wish he had suffered like his victims had...Flush this turd once an for all...Good riddance ya bastard Kennedy

  • that inhuman garbage got a 2 month SUSPENDED SENTENCE... he got away with it ...WHY DON'T YOU KNOW, OR CARE ABOUT THE FACTS... your boy was trying to introduce legislation that, if you wanted to take some vitamins, YOU WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR A PRESCRIPTION FROM A DOCTOR FIRST... ALSO, YOUR BOY WANTED ALL NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS OUTLAWED !!! why don't u care about the truth.. oh yeah-- you're a name calling demoncat

  • Mr Zennie, I suspect you have only read the 'facts' as you wanted to believe them. What he did that night is called negligent homicide. Two months probation is not what you or I would get for that. In fact you know that his family and money are what kept him from real life. His only real punitive damage was that because of that night he would not be president although he had the audacity to run for it.

  • I never understood why his and the other Kennedy children went to private schools while he was a proponent on desegregated education. I never remembered his children having

to travel out of the way to go to another school district.

  • Comment removed

  • 3:31 lol double jeopardy for a misdeamer. Again he could have been tried for murder up until the day he died.

If a black man (I am white by the way) would have done the exact same thing Ted Kennedy done that day in 1969 there would have been a full blown investigation and the poor guy would still be in prison today.

  • Kennedy was not punished. There never was a criminal trial. There was a grand jury trial, which only determines if there is enough evidence to have a trial. the grand jury said his negligence contributed to her death but the officials involved just decided not to pursue a criminal trial. there was never even an autopsy because he bought off the girls parents with $90,904 and another $50k from his insurance co.

  • And whats the excuse that TK has been a racist, Anti-American liberal POS..???

  • Im old enough to remember the day Mary Jo Kopechne was killed in that car.

I also remember the official finding later showed us that she was able to swim to the backseat and that there was an air pocket there for up to 30 mins or more where she was still alive.

Ted screwed up bad, a girl got killed, and it cost him the White House from that day on...

He tried to move past it, but lets face it, the issue will be about all he is remembered for in the History books.

  • Oh, yeah, I'm real sure Ted Kennedy tried really hard to save Mary Jo before going home and going to sleep. Moron.

  • He is going to be punished, not in this world. He left that girl to suffocate in the trapped air bubble underwater and didn't report anything for hours and even walked by the Fire Dept. to get back to the party. Our cursed media will have to face their maker also for not reporting the whole story.

  • i am sorry ...i have to disagree ...he should have not been drinking.....if it was a common man his behind would be sitting in jjail .....period...not just because you are a kennedy.....you do good things......driving drunk is driving drunk....what if it was your sister, your daughter , your mother???? bet you would change your tune.

  • zennie62

I am sorry dude but you are way off.

He was charged for a misdeamer which was leaving a scene of a car accident. He could still have been charged for murder but was not.

Double Jeopardy does not applied here for murder as you stated.

  • What happen was he was very powerful and he got drunk at the party (like he would just drink water and soda pop at the party) They left to get their groove and had plan to return (This is why she never told anyone she was leaving and why she left her purse and keys at the party. Most women will tell you that realize quickly when they forget their purse and they would have returned soon after leaving to get her purse)

  • Then you had the cop as witness to them being park then speeding off.

Only a drunk driver or someone texting on their cell phone (of course there were no cell phones then) could make the mistake of driving off the bridge.

  • He did not report until the next morning because he needed to somber up.

The family of Mary Jo got a $90,000 personal check from Ted to settle out of court and that is a a lot money back then.

This is really sad that their was no autopsy performed. This was all a part of the cover up. It was considered a accidental drowning.

He should have went to prison for Manslaugther.

  • Ted Kennedy has lead this country in the state of moral decline that it is in today! Him and his liberal cohorts!

He should have been ashamed of himself!

  • Did I hear that right? 'Get over it'?? Hm... like we should all 'get over' OJ? To liberals, ANY Democrat is a hero. The fact that Ted's only job has been in politics (how noble) is actually a GOOD thing to liberals. Everyone else in the world despises career politicians. I keep hearing about all the 'good things' he did. Title 9. Civil Rights. The Pension Act. The Disabilities Act. Um, 1 dude didn't 'do' anything except vote with lots of other senators. He was just part of a liberal mob.

  • Dip Shit

  • I believe the law describes what happened as vehicular homicide. "Ted Kennedy was punished?" How so? How much prison time did he serve, and in what jail? I must have missed it. "Happened over 40 years ago?" Funny, but you Negroes are still crying about slavery, that happened 150 years ago. Hypocrisy, anyone?

  • Why did he ask his chauffeur not to drive them home? Why did he walk past several houses without stopping in? Why didn't he call the cops earlier? Yes, its a mistake, but WHY do you think people are willing to overlook that? Would you have forgotten to call them?

Why wasn't there a legitimate autopsy?

Why is it wrong to call a murderer a murderer? He wasn't charged for murder. He was charged with leaving the scene. No average joe would be able to walk away from that without serious jail time.

  • If you consider 10 hours "immediate" then you are beyond reason.

  • Hey Zennie - You are spot on ! Thanks for stepping up for Senator Kennedy.

  • And, BTW, Ted Kennedy affected this country in more positive ways and made it a better place to live than any other American in decades. Another FACT!

  • Actually, that's debatable

  • That's opinion. Conservatives (who, by the way, outnumber libs worldwide in every culture) feel like he tried his best to ruin this country. He did so many incalculably stupid things in the last decade I honestly thought he was insane. Typing the word 'fact' in all caps doesn't change anything. YOU think he was great, I think he was insane.

    THAT is a fact.

  • Come on. You know you are misleading. Kennedy was sentenced??? Technically you are correct (two months). Still, I wonder if you would be so understanding if Kennedy had done something like this to one of your family memebers.

  • These comments illustrate the vile and vitriolic Right-wing zealot mindset which cannot get over the FACT that they lost the White House. Stop acting like little cry-babies!Amen to free speech, but your ignorance is only digging a deeper hole for you and your Party--it is not condusive to adult political discourse and solutions to the problems facing our country. Your whining and mean-spirited attacks show people with the ability to think for themselves that you are ignorant.

  • So right-wing "zealots" are horrible for standing up for an innocent life lost? Yep, must be because we're sore losers, not because of compassion or anything. There is no reason to dive deep into hatred. It doesn't suit you, me or anyone else. Would you tell this to a Republican's face? For a person who stands for a party of compassion and equality, you sure treat people who don't think like you rather cruelly.

  • zennie62: Lets see he went back to try to find her, that was really really nice of him, don't you think? what do you think you would find if you knocked someone out and threw him/her in a bed of water?.Unless that certain someone was a fish, rescue was not an option. assumingTeddy A.K.A( swimmer )was your typical democrat, I can assure you he was thinking more about his car than Ms Kopenge

  • I know what you are thinking, just because 98.5 percent of democrats are Fonies, Liars, and speak from both sides of thier mouths don't blame the other 1.5 percent that have half a heart. Mary Joe kopechne R.I.P The swimmer R.I.H

  • So Ted was at a party, where there was lots of booze, and you are telling me he did not have too much to drink. I suppose that completely lines up with his reputation as a teatotaller, a guy who stayed away from booze.

  • Ted Kennedy was directly responsible for the death of Mary Jo; a historical fact. If Kennedy had done, what ANY REASONABLE PERSON would have done, and immediately notified authorities, things would have been different.

But Kennedy waited - why? Because he was probably drunk and he was trying to evade responsibility for drunken driving.

Kennedy said this would be with him for the rest of his life, and it was. And if he liked to hear the latest jokes about it, we can talk about it.

  • Why all the vitriol? Kennedy admitted his wrong doing, and has since worked tirelessly to give a voice to those less fortunate. Why you people on the right, who vote continuosly against your pocketbooks, are too ignorant to accept FACTS is beyond me. Go Obama, Go healthcare reform, and long live the Lion!

  • So its okay to commit a crime that results in a person's death if they are good citizens afterward?

Please don't call us ignorant; we are just as much a person as you are, and have the same, if not similar education. Let's not stoop to that level, it doesn't suit the egalitarian democrats I typically respect.

  • Are you on the Kennedy Family PR pay roll. If so. How much are they paying you?

  • In this country, If you have money and power, you can get away with murder. Ted's death is no great loss. You don't even know how he helped to destroy this great land. Put your head back in the sand.

  • The only idiot around here is the person in the video.

I hope that drunk bastard burns in hell.

  • As I told you Zennie, this happened years ago and there are LOTS of people who have no clue what Teddy got away with. Now that people are paying attention, it's a good thing to underline Ted Kennedy was out for no one but Ted Kennedy.

  • Do you have a video for OJ Simpson?

I would love to hear it.

  • He waited nearly 10 hours to report the accident and offered virtually no explanation other than he "panicked." (Seems time enough to fabricate a story)

Note: Ted's story:.......Discrepancy between the testimony of Christopher Look is in conflict of Ted and his buddies.

Ted paid a price? He served as a Senator for 40 years. Poor Mary laid in a coffin all that time.

  • Guy,

You are just not being honest. Ted Kennedy was of low character. Don't "White Wash" Kennedy because of the Obama.

The man had no Character. All ever did was cheat of his wives and cause trouble in the senate.

yeah he left a woman he was cheating on his wife with to drown in car. Yeah, let's over look it. Good thing it she wasn't a aunt of yours. I don't think you forget "40 years" later.

Man, you hit a all time low Dude.

    Danny

  • We're "low character"?? Up until his dying breath he was trying to corrupt and change the laws in his own state! In all his years in the Senate, he lived by one set of rules and forced all of us "serfs" to live by another. As for "health care", I'd bet every dollar I have that he didn't live by one rule he wanted to force on us in this sh-tty health care bill. Hypocrite. Merciless hypocrite.

  • Ted was a; 1) TRAITOR, (he literally went behind our back in 1983, to the KGB and conspired against our own government, 2) a PARASITE who used other people's money to "feel the pain" of the "poor", 3) a REPROBATE with 0% character his ENTIRE FRICKIN' life, and 4) like just about every other big-mouth liberal, an utter HYPOCRITE who wouldn't put his own, ill-gotten money where he forced other people to put their own. TYPICAL PHUCKIN LIBERAL.

  • Dude, put down the pipe o.k. why are making excuses for someone who knowingly leaves a person submerged in water for hours. You've have a little too much Kool-Aide. People are still upset because of the lack of justice in this case.

  • the guy is an idiot...

kennedy got away with manslaughter, plain and simple....

should have been thrown in jail for at least 5 years

  • Well I am nominating you for the "Give Me A Break Award."Pure BS.You are lying and it is disgusting.

  • Yeah, Teddy really paid the price for killing this girl. He went back to doing exactly the same thing he did before he killed her! Being a US Senator. Of course, as we learned just today on NPR from Teddy's pal Ed Klein, one of Teddy's favorite sources of humor was Mary Jo Kopechne's death! LOL!

  • You are forgetting one vital aspect of this tragedy. Ted Kennedy died of natural causes with his family all around him. Mary-Jo, on the other hand died alone. The one person who could have possibly saved her, chose to keep quiet because his political career and ambitions. I find it ironic that TK supported a health care bill to help the lives of every US citazen, yet showed no mercy when it mattered.

  • So decrying the senseless homicide of a young woman makes people extremists? The fact that he was drunk and did not call the police until several hours later is criminal negligence by any standard. The fact that the judge let him get off scot free does not make him innocent. It merely proves the notion that Ted simply benefitted from his family's political connections.

Look at this despicable nation! Tax evaders are appointed to high office and murderers are elevated to sainthood!

  • I like your style !!!!!

  • Kennedy was a murderer. That's the bottom line. People who are trying to "celebrate" his life clearly do not think life is anything to be celebrated. That is, if the life is of a 29 year old woman as opposed to a corrupt Senator.

  • Yes, finally he was punished. Mary Jo can finally rest in

    peace.

  • It's not "double jeopardy" to merely express your opinion on the internet. How about free speech?

  • So let me get this straight...Kennedy was "sentenced" to leaving the scene of an accident, right?

Why did he leave the scene of the accident and NOT call authorities? I think I know...because he wanted to sleep off his criminal drunkenness. He didn't want his reputation soiled even worse.

So you applaud this man because you say that he was sentenced, but you miss the fact that he deserved a much harsher sentence but cowardly chose to avoid the charge because of him being drunk...

  • Very good call.

  • I agree with you 100% Zennie, 100%

  • Kennedy was under the influence of alcohol. It sounds like a case of drunk driving.

"It was dark"??? Were the headlights on or was he driving in the dark to avoid being seen???

This poor woman didn't have a chance of being saved by a drunken man that was in no shape to be driving anyone home.

It's obvious that, because he was a kennedy, he received special consideration from the judge.

  • I'll bet Mary Jo Kopechne is in a much better, happier place than Ted Kennedy.

  • thats a really messed up thing to say because no offense but chances are Ted was more respected then you are.

  • Just keep doing all your videos as you have and ignore them. I watched a bunch of your stuff about a yr ago and have always stood behind everything you said. You have supporters.

  • I don't feel these people are doing the Christian thing by not letting something go that happened 40 yrs ago. It is very sad.

  • Mm-hm. And you're Christian, right? You can always tell an atheist by his statements, no matter how short they are.

Forgiving someone requires two things: the guilty party must ask it of the victim, or of surviving parties. Denying you did anything at all is a lie. So since he denied ever killing her, he did not ask for (nor receive) forgiveness. Period. THAT is the way it works. Ain't moral absolutes a bitch?

  • The guy in this video is either dishonest or extremely gullible.

  • Ongoing consequences for past actions are not double jeopardy. The sanctions for wrongdoing continue on in time relative to the severity of the offense; an example is that felons may be permanently deprived of the right to vote. Some offenses may justly be forgotten in days or months, but the responsibility for someone's death should never be separated from any consideration of their life as a whole.

  • Indeed. Double jeopardy would entitled Ted to go and kill Mary again if A) she didn't actually die--which obviously she did, and B) he actually served the sentence--which he obviously did not. So I'd double check that.

Ask yourself this: if you were in the same situation, do you think you'd get away with a slap on the wrist? How would your conscience feel?

  • I'd love to leave Kennedy alone, but my TV is full of crap about this guy. It would appear that the liberal elites want us all to bow down and worship. Not me.

Mary Joe was a simple example of how Kennedy used people like Kleenex.

Most modern Kennedy lovers don't even know about Mary Joe or how Kennedy caused her death. Now that their focus is on this "great" man, maybe they'll take a closer look at the real man. It ain't pretty.

  • True, Gamergal. I wasn't there when the Mongols invaded China and murdered hundreds of thousands of people, so you're right, who am I to judge? Come to think of it, I wasn't born when Hitler killed all those pesky Jews, so let's not judge HIM, for God's sake. That would be... judgmental of me. Ted did NOT work hard for his 'country' -he worked hard to maintain his powerbase. To quote Ted's hero, LBJ: 'I'll have them niggers voting Democrat for the next 200 years.' Learn your history, junior.

  • do you have evidence or a published source for that LBJ quote? Please post info if you do. Thanks in advance.

  • Oh heck ya- that's an old one! Ronald Kessler's book Inside The White House. He was on Air Force 1 speaking to 2 governors about the real reason he was supporting civil rights legislation. There is also a reference to this in The American Sentinel, #606, September 1997, page 9. There was a steward aboard who also heard it, and it changed his life. That was his first glimpse of the truth about the liberal elite. Joe Blow liberal citizen has no clue, but look at super rich libs and how they live.

  • I never said that Kennedy wasn't responsible for the death of the young lady. But since I wasn't there, since I didn't get to attend the trial and hear the evidence, I'm not going to trust what the base my opinion on media coverage or political debate. And comparing it to the invasion of China and the Hitler run is a little dramatic. Yes, the death was HORRIBLE, but show me one politician that hasn't done something horrible and got away with it. (Besides Obama, give him time.)

  • Show you one politician that hasn't killed a woman and gotten away with it? Are you serious?

  • Oie, learn to read the whole thing. I said show me one politician that hasn't committed a crime and gotten away with it, or gotten a less severe punishment. Hell, show me ANY person with money, influence, or power that doesn't get away with this kind of stuff. Rape, drugs, drinking, tax evasion, assault, child endangerment, passing laws that are unjust and give politicians too much freedom that infringes on the rights of Americans, the list goes on for a while.

  • I can't believe you think that ANY person with money, influence or power doesn't get away with this kind of stuff. Do you not think that anyone has morals? Do you think that people are inherently evil and none live an honorable life? I agree politicians get away with way too much garbage, but the assertion that everyone abuses their power is ridiculous.

  • Maybe I'm not conveying this properly. My point was, Bush passed that B.S. "Patriot Act," Clinton, well, we know what he did, Presidents dating back to before we remember have some complaint against them. Politicians have affairs, pass laws that favor their pet groups and ruin life for others, etc. It doesn't matter if a person uses their position to get out of trouble, or we let them off (we being the justice system, not we as people) because of who they are.

  • "Bush passed that B.S. "Patriot Act". No Congress passed the BS Patriot Act twice and Bush signed them into law. Review the Congressional record and see who voted for Patriot I and II, and you will learn who voted to pass the Patriot Act, and I think you will surprised. Had Congress not passed either Pat I or II, Bush could not have signed them into law, so you have to blame every one in the legislative branch who voted for Pat I and II as well.

  • yes he worked hard for his power base who would have been the one to give you the rights you have today.. if he did no step it up...... fucking retard. and go after his power base you wo8uld still not beable o vote and drive unti you were 25-40

  • LOL. the history revisionists got to you, too. Historically, democrats have been the most vicious opponents of civil rights. George Wallace. Bull Connor. Strom Thurmond. The longest filibuster in human history was used to oppose the Civil Rights Act. Yep, he was a democrat. Dems have twisted history to hide their BS while further enslaving blacks with crap like affirmative action. 25 should be a minimum to vote and drive. 16 and 18 are way too stupid to do either. You should know that by now.

  • I'm sure you've listened to Kennedy's statement made days after the incident. In that statement he says he repeatedly attempted to save MJK to the point of exhaustion. Wouldn't a reasonable, innocent man seek immediate additional help to save a woman trapped in a submerged car rather than take a nap?

  • I didn't like his politics at all. That aside, may he RIP. Condolences to the family.

  • Old Teddy boy gleefully got away with murder; he called his lawyer and all of his political contacts to wiggle his way out, instead of calling the cops immediately.

Well, the Creator God has a big surprise for such cold-blooded reptiles: a dark, hot, suffocating underworld cell; yes, karma does have a way of biting the evil in the ass, and blessing those who show compassion and love...praise God!

  • tommyboy:

Ted was a man of deep faith - inherited from his forefathers, who held the same faith for over 1,500 years

his God like mine, is a God of Forgiveness

He espects us to hate the sin, but love the sinner

Ted, like all of us, was a sinner, but his deep faith, no doubt led him long ago to make peace with his God

    but only God knows that

somehow - it sees to me that God may have "a big surprise for" YOU,

    unless you soften your heart.

  • Beautifully stated...Its why I sub'd a while ago. Love listening to intelligence. Peace dude.

  • Exumaishere, do you have anything better to do with your life? If not, get some education.

  • Where do you get your facts? His friends? It was over an hour before he even got back to the house and he never said he went back 7-8 times. I love revisionist history.

  • ttrenholm, just like any slow wit right-wing American, everytime when there are real facts right front of your face, you chose to look the other way. Even if someone tells you that 2+2 equals 4, you would rather have your hands covering your ears!

  • well shut up people who made your point. if someone killed your daughter. but it was an accident would you destroy him?

I am a religious person you people are shameful. forgive and forget.

  • I liked your video very much. I think the details of the death of Kopechne are subjective and not many will surely know what happened, but in general I believe this is just being used as a smear tactic so it destroys any credibility given to those using it as such.

  • I think you may missing the larger point here. America is divided into the two classes. The Elite upper class, and just about everyone else, and there are lost definitely two sets of laws. To think the two sets of laws don't exist is being very naive. Kennedy's case was dismissed, not because of his "Good Works," but purely because he was a Kennedy, and all that comes with being a Kennedy, including his Father Joe paying people off, or threatening them. This has never been good for the USA.

  • I was never a fan of Ted Kennedy, but I also never understood how people could take pleasure in a political rival's death. Since death itself is a tragic thing, bringing pain and heartache to those who cared for and knew the person who died, I just could never find any joy in it. It surprises me that some people do. At worst, you may feel indifference and apathy, but joy? I just don't get it.

  • Ted's life was always marked by the moment he drove off that bridge what they girl and then never called the cops.

    He never recovered...

Oh he would go on to be very important, but in the end , he never recovered...

It haunted him to the day he died,] It will be listed in the history books as the moment where he fell away from ever reaching the White House.

  • thank you

i have just watched a number of hateful vids & even more hateful commentsi hadn't realised that ms Kopegne was a campaigner for Robert Kennedy those making the hateful comments, sure wouldn't have been great admirers of Robert Kennedy - nor a supporter of his like ms Kopegne

i know Ted behaved badly, indeed irresponsibly

but can you please tell me why they hate him so much ?

he is adired all over the world, as a champion of the downtrodden

  • mangaire1 its because of the glorification of a man who killed a woman. do you think anyone else would get away with killing a woman because of drunk driving ??? that is called involuntary manslaughter, which has a strict sentencing, but due to his corrupt political power was able to avoid serious sentencing. politicians are suppose to be public servants, not royalty.

  • no one is spamming Mary Jo Kopechne to get more followers. they are spamming it because the progressive media is trying to make ted Kennedy seem bigger than life, when in reality he was a cheat who got expelled from harvard and waited 10 hours before notifying the police when a young 28 year old girl with her whole life in front of her drowned in a car.

  • what if it was your 28 daughter that died in that car? anyone else who was driving drunk and it resulted in someone's death would get involuntary man slaughter. we are suppose to live in a democracy where all people are equal, its too bad that so many Americans like to idolize people and allow certain people to be governed by a different set of rules then the average American. the USA is not suppose to have a royal family, no one is suppose to be bigger than the law.

  • thank you zennie.

  • I also think that Plaxico Burress should have been sentenced this way, he shot himself, and got himself suspended from his job. Putting in in jail isn't taking a dangerous person off the street, it is simply punishing, and vengeance, and setting an example of him. His imprisonment doesn't help society or himself. I wish that judges would look more objectively on a case by case basis like they did with Kennedy.

  • totally different.. first vengaence may i ask who is jealous?

second, shooting urself or trying to save someone....

    not at all related

  • Well said Zennie. Ted Kennedy lived a life of redemption in the past 40 years, serving tirelessly for the causes for which he was passionate.

  • I feel so bad for the Kennedy family. I think they are better than any kind of royal family for the US because they were public servants.

  • Great video Zennie. I agree. Ted Kennedy was punished and has done many great things for our country. Give him his day for crying out loud.
