no, it is about the pitch (making it low or high at somewhere) and how the word end (don't really need it if u have good .oto file) I think is about dynamic rule where u make the word sound lower at the end so it don't sound like its jumping depends how you set the .oto file.
That is what I thought, I'm no musician just learn from watching, hearing and google it.
To make an echo, just double the voice and use audacity to make other one echoing. or use other software
