Thanks for posting! I still can't seem to find the video showing Lame Beaver stealing the horses from the Pawnee, or shooting his girlfriend's water skin while she was filling it in the river. Does anybody know if this ever got posted?

yes, it is Jansen... I enjoyed this when it was on TV here in the states....i like wik for lots of stuff but a basis search brought up results, also the IMDB, internet movie data base is a great resouce when you want to know more about a movie or tv show, esp the actors in it....regards

Watched this all 22hours of it in the 70's got to know all the characters felt sad when they were killed or died totally involved in it all from beginning to end which was very emotional and along with Lonesome Dove this was the best Western mini series ever in my opinion.

HARD TO FIND GOOD MOVIES LIKE THIS ANYMORE. THE NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN WHO WAS TALKING TO THE FRENCHMAN MADE SEVERAL MOVIES AND SHOWS LIKE WITH JOHN WAYNE AND CHUCK CONNORS. I BELIEVE THOUGH HE WAS FROM EUROPE AND NOT AMERICAN.

@gnoccafan Do you mean Michael Ansara? He was born in Syria and migrated to the US as a small child. He was married to Barbara Eden from 1958-1974.
