The 1966, October 16, version and style is the best. It swings at a nice a tempo and it's not too fast where it loses that nice groove. Your/this version is just another slow ballad. It really goes no where at a slow tempo. By no means is any disrespect intended at all. The live YouTube versions that are more up tempo don't swing or have a good feel to them. They have that lets get through the tune and get it over with kind of feel. Thank God for the 1966, October 16, version.
Frank recorded this tune at least four times in different styles. This, recorded in the late 50's is my favorite. It says it all. The arrangement is perfect. Later he "updated" it in swing style and much later in 1977 tit was recorded as a disco with that heavy beat and grinding sounds. Check it out some time. It could have been a big hit by itself, except that the Bee Gees dominated the disco recordings at that time. I saw Frank perform live twice at the Circle Star Theater and loved it.
This version is too slow, the 1939 version is perfect. Especially the final note is amazing.

@AragonBill I like the original version best, 1939. I think he had a better voice
then. Some of Sinatra's interpetations later in his career are wonderful.
His maturity adds something grand, but although this is a nice version,
my vote is for the earlier version.
