Wii is really fun, allright. But it's the kind of fun you get bored of really quick. So it doesn't worth spending the money.

My best friend has one. It just sits there, no one plays it anymore :))

I still prefer to play games on the PC or a regular console.

Let's take tennis or pool for example, wich you might say are more apropriate for Wii. I play games for the arcade. And great graphics of course. And Top Spin is the beste tennis game out there. If I want realism, I just go to a tennis court!

Not to sound like an ass but the comment that says that bowling is unprofessional is one of the only things I disagree about. While I agree that there is practically no good bowling game out there that really takes it seriously, I disagree that bowling is not "professional", as the PBA oil patterns are a bitch to bowl on.

As on the topic for pool, the best pool games are Minnesota Fats Pool Legend on the Saturn and the minigame in GTA IV. Some sports just weren't meant to be video games...

It is indeed a sport. Just because you're too ignorant to know that there is more to bowling than just rolling a ball at pins proves it.

The fact that there are oil patterns in which effects the balls hooking makes it harder than necessary. Different balls calls for hooking is based on the core's shape. My newest ball, Twisted Fury Solid is a high hooking ball, which hooks about 10 boards into the back-end, or the last 12 feet of the lane.

The fact you need to get the ball at an exact angle into the pocket which is pins 1 and 3, (or 1 and 2 for leftys) is needed. The fact that you need to get the ball to hook x many revolutions depending on how your approach is to make it hook a certain number of boards depends on your ball speed and how far down the lane you throw it. Most oil ends at around 40 feet, although some may as early as 38 feet or as late as 50 feet. The lane is 60 feet itself.

The problem is that there are too many video game consoles to choose from. There are Xbox 360 games, PS3 games, Wii games, iPhone games, Leap Frog games, DS games, PSP games, PC games, and... my God, too many systems! XD

That is true, there were more competitors back then. In fact, I have a Colecovision, Odyssey 2, and Intellivision all next to my Atari 2600, lolz.

However, its different now in that most video game systems play DVDs. It alienates customers since they already bought DVD players in the past, and now many of those machines are breaking.

I have like... 3 broken DVD players. After the third broke, I decided to just use my Xbox 360 to play DVDs. Samsung, eat your heart out!  XD

Looks pretty good and easy to handle but I prefer to play the real deal since I like to control it like it was meant to be. Oh and Pool is cheaper to play in my country than Bowling. you technically give the same money but a game of pool ends in an hour, because that's how much I paid, were the bowling one ends in 20 minutes for the same price.

I think pool is where you knock down all the stripes or solids, and after that you knock down the black 8.

and snooker is where you knock down a red ball and then a green/black/brown/pink/yellow/­blue ball and then a red ball and repeat....

In pool the table is smaller and the goal is to knock down the black ball first.

But in snooker the goal is to get the highest score (red ball=1 point, black ball= 8 points, blue ball =5 points and so on...)

But im not sure tough....
