I know that typically those who do sublingual (which is what I've been doing so far) do not stop taking drops during their period. I'm wondering if you ever did stop during TOM or if you have any information about that? It's something I've been considering and I don't understand why those who inject stop and those on sublingual don't.
@EZCFilmGirl The protocol does say to stop hcg while on TOM (but does not explain why)...I'd say the same should go for ALL no matter how you are dosing it. If you become hungry, you can always start taking the dose again.

@ray I have read that if you stop loosing weight it may have been to oils or ointments you use maybe even chewing gum and if thats not it then you should wait about 4 days if you still have not lost any weight then you have to do a apple day and that should start it back up.

@MrLondonlife Most take their dose in the morning and at night...as long as its around 12 hrs apart you're fine to take them when it suits your schedule.

@tara11beals Congrats on starting soon! The people that say you can't have diet soda are against the artificial sweeteners. I did my own test to see if diet soda effected my weight loss. Round 1, I didnt have ANY diet soda's and averaged .5 lb loss per day. 2nd round I had 1 diet soda per day and averaged .6 lb per day. So I did fine drinking it...just make sure to still get in at least 2 liters of water per day.

@Nafia06 do an apple day or a steak day...but do not give up...maybe try taking your measurements...bet you lost an inch or 2 despite no poundage loss. stick with it and the results will be there. Also, log every bite you put in your body, there might be a slight error on getting off the list. I have been really inspired by you through these videos to try the HCG diet. I have decided to do it and have already ordered the hcg. What I would like to know is a list of things I should also purchase to use during the diet for success. Examples like Weight scale, food scale, Ketosis strips...what else will I be using regular? I just want to buy what I need so I can be successful on the diet. most people have said read the protocol, which i have and it doesn't list everyday items that I need.
@mamaclok I have a question. I am curious if I can still exercise during this diet. If so, should I increase calories? I study martial arts and these sessions are began with stretching, warm up, intense cardio, and lower intensity exercise during instruction. Is this advisable? Thanks for your time.
@AlienZygote010 If you are used to doing this exercise, you may increase your protein to keep doing this. The protocol does state not to do anything too strenuous...could cause weight gain or stalls.

I am on day 11 of the VLCD and am down about 12 pounds.Nothing I read in the starter manual said anything about mixing the drops (colloidal silver and B12 liquid) I am taking B6 and B12 but not in liquid form. Also, I started out weighing myself daily until I read in the booklet to only weigh in weekly. Did I miss something?
@momomany9 Starter manual? Not sure which one you are reading. I've always used Dr. Simeons "Pounds & Inches" manuscript to follow his food list etc. No, he did not use hcg sublingually back then so that would not be in his document. As far as when to weigh yourself...that is up to you...lots of us weigh daily to enjoy the daily losses we see. We also should weigh daily during maintenance to make sure we are staying where we are or else we have to correct it.

@clarapizzuto I personally have not seen anyone use the GNC brand w'/ success. I've heard more complaints than anything. I'd stick to using real rx hcg like I used.
There is just so much liquid to hold under your tongue. Why couldn't you decrease the mixture to 1/5 th? Mix the HCg with only 3 mil of liquid (one silver and two B12) and then take only .1 mil twice a day. You would be getting the same amount of HCG. Doesn't this make sense? Let me know please!
do you wash or sterilize dosing syringe and needle ? If so how/with what and how often? Or do you just cap it and keep in fridge with the mixed HCG? Also unmixed viles are just kept in cool dry place until you need to mix one correct? (not in fridge correct?)
@margaretchism No need to sterilize sublingual items since we don't inject with them. Just wash and reuse like normal washing of your dishes. Yes-unmixed hcg can be stored in a dry place out of light.

@jstaggs1027 You can check out my website to get How to mix instructions. The higher the iu #, the more hcg you are buying. It has nothing to do with the strength. For injections, I would buy the 2000 or 5000 iu size.

Hello. I started the HCG diet and I am on my third day. The site where I purchased my HCG does not require any mixing and requires me to take 25 drops before breakfast lunch and dinner. Does this seem correct to you? Additionally, for breakfast it says I can eat 1/2 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk. Lunch 5 oz of chicken with 1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of carrots and dinner the same (what I chose from the list). What is your input on this? I dont want to continue this of the product and

When you are doing the HCG diet, do you continue to lose weight while you're not actively on the HCG INJECTIONS? As in when you're on 1,000 calories a day for the 6 weeks between the first two rounds?
@VickyDelgada Your 6 week break is about maintaining your weight not losing. I never counted calories during my breaks...just ate anything except starches/sugars and maintained fine. 1000 calories sounds way too low to maintain.

One concern I have is in the pack it contains the HCG in one bottle which is powder an then another bottle with the same amount of liquid in it. the bottles are both the same im a bit confused just wondering wot i am supposed to do as in your video on how to mix didnt show this.

@mamaclok i am starting the HCG this weekend. I have downloaded several books on my Kindle and two ofthe books say I can have diet soda. I have also researched several sites in the internet and it says that you can't have diet soda. any thoughts? Tbanks.....Carolyn

@tara11beals Congrats on starting soon! The people that say you can't have diet soda are against the artificial sweeteners. I did my own test to see if diet soda effected my weight loss. Round 1, I didnt have ANY diet soda's and averaged .5 lb loss per day. 2nd round I had 1 diet soda per day and averaged .6 lb per day. So I did fine drinking it...just make sure to still get in at least 2 liters of water per day.

@Nafia06 do an apple day or a steak day...but do not give up...maybe try taking your measurements...bet you lost an inch or 2 despite no poundage loss. stick with it and the results will be there. Also, log every bite you put in your body, there might be a slight error on getting off the list. ANY variation from the list can mess you up for a few...just stick with it and the results will prove themselves as positive. The more you follow it, the easier it is!!! I am living proof.

I have been really inspired by you through these videos to try the HCG diet. I have decided to do it and have already ordered the hcg. What I would like to know is a list of things I should also purchase to use during the diet for success. Examples like Weight scale, food scale, Ketosis strips...what else will I be using regular? I study martial arts and these sessions are began with stretching, warm up, intense cardio, and lower intensity exercise during instruction. Is this advisable? Thanks for your time.

@AlienZygote010 If you are used to doing this exercise, you may increase your protein to keep doing this. The protocol does state not to do anything too strenuous...could cause weight gain or stalls.

Just curious. I am on day 11 of the VLCD and am down about 12 pounds.Nothing I read in the starter manual said anything about mixing the drops (colloidal silver and B12 liquid) I am taking B6 and B12 but not in liquid form. Also, I started out weighing myself daily until I read in the booklet to only weigh in weekly. Did I miss something?

@momomany9 Starter manual? Not sure which one you are reading. I've always used Dr. Simeons "Pounds & Inches" manuscript to follow his food list etc. No, he did not use hcg sublingually back then so that would not be in his document. As far as when to weigh yourself...that is up to you...lots of us weigh daily to enjoy the daily losses we see. We also should weigh daily during maintenance to make sure we are staying where we are or else we have to correct it.

Thank you for all your work...... I have just started R4P2 and I have had a fall, Nothing broken,just arthritis all fired up....Dr. gave me a shot at the worst spot and rest. I was in such shock that I left my new hcg out all night. Do you think it isany good now? I was also going to start up 12-B injections (which I haven't started) Do these need to be in 'Fridge? There is just so much liquid to hold under your tongue. Why couldn't you decrease the mixture to 1/5 th? Mix the HCg with only 3 mil of liquid (one silver and two B12) and then take only .1 mil twice a day. You would be getting the same amount of HCG. Doesn't this make sense? Let me know please!

do you wash or sterilize dosing syringe and needle ? If so how/with what and how often? Or do you just cap it and keep in fridge with the mixed HCG? Also unmixed viles are just kept in cool dry place until you need to mix one correct? (not in fridge correct?)

@margaretchism No need to sterilize sublingual items since we don't inject with them. Just wash and reuse like normal washing of your dishes. Yes-unmixed hcg can be stored in a dry place out of light.

Can you help. I inject. I mixed 5000 iu's with 10 cc's of water. inject .30 or 150 for dose. Now everyone on youtube is mixing 5 cc of water with 5000iu and all different mixing. It makes me nervous. How much water shoudl I mix with the hcg?

@mamaclok ok, so my hunger is gone, must have bin just that first week thing, but i didn't experience that in round 1 of p2, in fact i was very comfortable in the first round, but now my question is, since i'm dosing sublingually do i have to stop the entire time during tom? cuz when i get tom it can go for more then 1 week. i'm in first stages of menopause, so i didn't have tom in da first round. thank you for your help

@jstaggs1027 You can check out my website to get How to mix instructions. The higher the iu #, the more hcg you are buying. It has nothing to do with the strength. For injections, I would buy the 2000 or 5000 iu size.

Hello. I started the HCG diet and I am on my third day. The site where I purchased my HCG does not require any mixing and requires me to take 25 drops before breakfast lunch and dinner. Does this seem correct to you? Additionally, for breakfast it says I can eat 1/2 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk. Lunch 5 oz of chicken with 1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of carrots and dinner the same (what I chose from the list). What is your input on this? I dont want to continue this of the product and

When you are doing the HCG diet, do you continue to lose weight while you're not actively on the HCG INJECTIONS? As in when you're on 1,000 calories a day for the 6 weeks between the first two rounds?

@VickyDelgada Your 6 week break is about maintaining your weight not losing. I never counted calories during my breaks...just ate anything except starches/sugars and maintained fine. 1000 calories sounds way too low to maintain.

One concern I have is in the pack it contains the HCG in one bottle which is powder an then another bottle with the same amount of liquid in it. the bottles are both the same im a bit confused just wondering wot i am supposed to do as in your video on how to mix didnt show this.
