@AConnieChannel - Hi Ken! We have swapped messages several times. Yes, I have belonged to your channel quite some time now. I have mentioned that I grew up listening to CF, as my grandmother played her records when I was child back in the late 50's/early 60's. I have my own channel for another special lady, Shirley Bassey. Both Connie and Shirley have sung many of the same songs over the years. Oui moi aussi, après Leroy Van Dyke et Jim Reeves, c'est la meilleure version que j'aie entendue, surtout en duo c'est la seule que je connaisse. En plus, j'adore Connie et j'ai même trippé sur elle quand j'étais adolescent, Elle a déjà fait un album habillée d'une chemise bleue qui laissait voir un peu ses atouts et à l'âge que j'avais, WOW!

I admit I am not a fan of country songs sung by males, but Hank Williams doesn't do anything for me. Connie at her best may sing country songs, a little better than my favorite country singer, Dolly Parton. But Dolly gets points for writing several dozen outstanding songs.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it! All of my Connie Francis videos were yanked by YT a couple of years ago and I have only recently started up this new channel so I could re-post them.
