Yep, thats true, but to be honest, Caster is really not a big deal compared to the real Rais-san, because he just didn't kill those children, he also raped them and did some things to them, which i won't like to write down. Caster seems to be something like a "Mad Artist", while Gilles was a pedo, who hoped to summon with childrenslaughtering a demon or so just because he was greedy and was afraid of becoming poor or some shit.
lol that was such a heart warming scene at the door, i was like, man that just makes me feel so good, reminds me of the good old times as a care free child during summer, it was like the best feeling ever, then OMFG WTF IS THAT! o.o my memories are scared to come out again now T_T
these anime writers and directors need to be aware that violence against children and specially in the way that it was illustrated on this scene was very. i am very appalled by the way it was illustrated in this scene. it show have been censored with extreme prejudice.
@xinoblade read the damn book, this scene is an important character establishing moment for Caster and his master, if this isnt put in, we wouldn't much understand how fucked up these two are... : ) the writers and directors are seriously trying to capture the Novel's atmosphere. This particular anime isn't made for kids.
This guy was one of the worst child murderers in the past 600 years (over 100 children brutally murdered and molested [occasionally in that order] during 15th C. France).
