Use Barritts Gingerbeer, not Goslings. Barritts has existed since i was a boy and Bermudians have ALWAYS used Barritts brand (Gosling brand of Gingerbeer didn't exist). Plus, it tastes better and doesn't leave an after taste in the mouth, AND Barritts is definately BERMUDIAN, so its clearly the better choice for the Dark & Stormy PUREST, like me. :-) Oh, and the lime? Toss it in the trash. Bermudians don't use lime in thier Dark & Stormy
