I agree with Palin: She should write rather than talk because she's not particularly good at the latter. Still, she seems to have become more comfortable with talking on her feet, and this interview is a vast improvement over the one with Katie Couric. I highly doubt she is brilliant (most people aren't, anyways), but it is obvious from this interview that she can learn from her mistakes, and the worst thing that the Democrats could do is to underestimate her political power in 2012.

I know that I'm asking for personal attacks from some of you Palin haters for saying this, but I actually like her. I think she is candid & smart. Yes, she had a couple of awkward interviews that made her look like a deer in headlights, but so what.... she learned from those experiences and is pressing on.

The fact that she can't put a coherent thought together or utter a sentence that has any kind of structure in it, all together in a bubbly, airhead package. Like when she says stuff like "back-asswards", or whatever that was she said here. She's a hoot! Don't get me wrong-she's a perfect celebrity and I have nothing against her. But as POTUS or much less an elected official? Yikes! Heaven help us.
