Trying to get back into yoga after a year away, and I'm so disappointingly shakey when I do this video! I don't think I was this bad when I started doing yoga the firts time! Hopefully if I keep at it, I'll be less like a newborn deer falling all over the place. :)

I 'm an older guy w/ a chronic injury issue and the routine is awesome.Improved balance along w/ range of movement/motion and strength.Starting lite weight work out again.A great place to start.....and yeah I cheat in a few places...I'll be past that eventually...:)
@nyxandyoz - It will get easier. Side plank is all about balance. Make sure you balancing arm is right under ur body, not to far in front of you. Then try rotating ur sholder outward, almost like u r trying to reach for something behind you. This will give u more balance which will allow you to hold the pose for more breaths. But you will need to practice it more. It won't get easier with out practice, but real talk, it cook love handles. After a while it will become ur favorite move.
Such a gracefully flowing routine. I did your 'warrior stretch' this morning bright & early. I like the way this balance routine seems like it will bring about more than just a body balance, but also balance in the mind & spirit too. This should also benefit my ability to have stronger control during my kata that require kicks.
Yay another routine i think i can try, I've started this week with yoga from your videos and although my yoga skills are far from elegant and easy as yours (good thing I can do this at home without being ridiculed :D ) I do feel it helps my posture.
you have to find the focus on your mind in order to get the balance peepz ;)
