  • I've been reading Pratchett for more than 10 years now. Nation is one of his best books. When you get what it's about, and what it's not about, it just becomes absolutely spectacular.

  • sounds like a rip-off of the blue lagoon

  • pretty good book

  • I love this guy, he came on to my girlfriend at the Irish Discworld Convention.

    Good times :D

  • i am so excited to read this!

  • I'm reading Nation right now, and I only have about maybe 60 or 70 pages left. At first I didn't get it, but now I absalutly love it. (so far)

  • I read the book and I loved it and I loved the bits of humor that were appropriate times amd made me laugh out loud it was a a mixed ending i thought and normaly if a book ended as such I would be disapointed but i was happy and felt very saticfied. if u haven't read it I recomend it

  • I haven't read the book yet but I went to see the play yesterday and the ending made me cry so so SOO much. It was a really beautiful ending to a very touching adventure...

  • @GingerPenguinAlert I completley agree. I think that Nation had that effect on many people who read it (including me).

  • I enjoyed this book very much.

  • a strange man he is...

  • You shouldn't have been downvoted. He is strange, but also very likeable.

Strange is a complement when applied to Pratchett.

  • the european cover is much better

  • Happy birthday, sir Terry!

  • Nation was great.

    Terry is great.

  • Seem to have missed this one - can´t wait to read it!

  • the US pratchett cover's always looks so horrid, european are better.

  • are you crazy or just blind?

  • I love you to Stanzs

  • Great book with a real story and a real ending, not an expected "hollywood-ish" ending.

Different Pratchettism, but very, very good

  • its an awsoem book, at the start, i was confused as i thought he should have saved the huge wave till the middle or end of the story, but then i understood, and i loved this book, not surprisingly! love terry pratchett

  • Reading this atm.
