Hahaa yes it is and along with the off licence across the road, both served me many a good bottles of vodka ....oh yeah and some food too ;p

mate, I love your video's! i was born and bred in brighton but haven't been back in nearly 15 years, so it's nice to see some of my old town; glad to see 'waitrose' is still there!!!!!
