  • Hey MS. Chanda, great job, just wondering what was the greece or pomade that you used in laying down the front of Moms hair?

  • Love the video

  • love everything u do u make it look so easy

  • POOR LIL BIT SHE'S BORED. SHE WAS SPINNING AROUND WITH THE BAG....TOO CUTE.

  • CAN THAT HAIR BE FLAT IRONED ?

  • Great job and I love the hair!!!

The music was on point too :-)

  • Wonderful job, it turned out A W E S O M E!What is that song that starts at 8:06?!

  • Awesome job, beautiful and neat.

    Very gifted sister.

  • MsChandra you truly are the best. You can do some hair. I wish you could do mine. ? I'm tired if getting bad weaves.

  • not trying to be gay but MsChandra you truly are the best. You can do some hair. I wish you could do mine. ? I'm tired if getting bad weaves.

  • CUTE

  • When you did this sew in do you put your needle over and under the entire track when you go through the braid or do you insert the needle inside the actual weft of the track and under the braid

  • does it hurt your head skin when you have braids all over? Are they extra tight and pulling?

  • Do you have to have a chi flat iron on this hair to make it straight. I have a Revlon flat iron hair from wal-mart and it works great! I have chocolate hair in my head as we speak and the Revlon works find. So can I use and flat iron the wet and wavy hair.

  • grandma little twin

  • how long did it take hair honeys to ship the hair?

  • the style looks really pretty. i wonder why your m.i.l. didnt just choose gray extension hair for blending purposes? gray hair is especially pretty on black women. we work it well!!

  • great work as always!!!

  • GRANDMOTHER? WHAT! She is Beautiful! We age so beautifully! God Bless!

  • baby gurl & granny looks just alike! Good Job Ms. Chanda..... you always come through.

  • The baby looks so cute! You did a great job!

  • girl Carys looks like her nana omg thats crazy!!!

  • Fantastic..... she looks great. I'd like to see it cut a bit shorter on her tho. With the gray in the front, it would be a more elegant look on grandma. she is a beautiful lady.

  • IF IT TAKES U THAT LONG TO STYLE....HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT TAKES HER!

  • @PDWhiteGirl I was thinking the same thing. i like styles that I can actually repeat at home, I'm simple. dont like styles that only a professional can do. but overall chanda did a good job. I was taking notes.

  • Beautiful family...brings tears to my eyes I LUUUUUUv My Family!!!

  • Your daughter looks just like her grandma!

  • Girl if your daughter dosen't look just like u...... And also her hair turned out wonderful....

I wanted to ask u in your opinion can u explain the best way to manipulate the marcel iron....

  • For a circular base, what do you do if you need to add a track where a braid is not?

  • For a circular base, what do you do if you need to add a track where a braid is not?

  • @meika2026 You can sew down a weave net 1st. & sew the weave to the net in those empty places.

  • Since you use a circular base, what do you do if you need to add a track where a braid is not?

  • u r the Boom ...I wish u were in ATL

  • Chanda, girl! U know u can braid some hair. That is the neatest braiding pattern I've ever seen in my life! You go girl!=))

  • I so love your video's ....you are truly talented, keep letting your light shine boo! xoxo!

  • Omfg ! Thats Where The Baby Get`s Her Looks From. She Look`s Just Like Grandma !

  • your baby resembles your m.i.l

  • What song is that playing starting at 7:00?? I know this doesn't have anything to do with hair (lol), but I just had to ask bcus the beat sounds so familiar but I cant think of the words.

  • Just amazing! The hair style was very pretty on your M.I.L, keep the videos like that coming!

  • Your M.I.L. looks so much younger w/her hair like that, it's very becoming on her. You did a good job w/the blending of her natural hair and the weave. It looks really soft too. Thanks for sharing your talents w/us and your daughter is too cute and is learning her mom's skills!

  • I give it a 6...it would have been at least an 8 if she had either died her hair black up front or used salt and pepper weave. Very distracting....I wish I could braid like you though, you were switching your form every so often like a pro!

  • luv it

  • You had her hair laid girl!! I loved it!

  • awwww

  • Loves it! I notice you wrap the thread around the needle, why is that?

  • howi am thinking about ordering how does it behave after you washthe hair?

  • lol @ 6:45- till the end. I thought the weave wrapped around ur neck was ur hair. ( I was about to get on you for making such a fake looking tacky wig/weave) I was relieved to see it was the weave u were fixing.

  • where do u buy that hair from..they said i can't order frm their site..im in chicago

  • ohhh my god can ur daughter look any cuter. she looks a lot like u. (u make beautiful babies lol )

  • Love watching you create a masterpiece. Go Chanda! You should do ALL your friends hair and record it. :) Just a heads up you should try out Organic Root Stimulator's Edge Control (made with olive oil). slicks the edges down and doesn't nap the hair up. Nice!

  • Can sum1 say Halloween party lol....we ready! cute chanda as always

  • i love it..yu got talent girl

  • nice

  • you did this I like

  • Beautiful it came out really pretty..

  • Too much hair was left out in my opinion! It looks like the weave starts too far back! She is beautiful tho!

  • @claranc i agree

  • @claranc It may appear so, but I know in my mother's case (53) when I do her sew-ins, she asks that I not braid all of her hair - as her hair in the front is thinner than the rest. Could've just been a protective measure - especially if she plans on keeping it in for a while.

  • LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS VID. This DIY is the be sew-in vid I've seen on YT yet. Very Detailed. I feel like I can Go home and try this..

  • see i wish u stay in indiana lol cause i would come to u .... but i love that sew in

  • Ms. Chanda, I can honestly say that when you were done the sewing part, I wasn't sure about where you was going with it (because of all the hair left out of the braid in the front and I even thought the grey might hinder the blending with the color of the hair), but please allow me to say that you DID THE DAMN THANG!!!! WERRRQQQ! love the finished product... And I'm sure she did too! *applause*

  • Thanks for this vid, good job!!

  • that look good

  • You did your thang girl.

  • u did a great job and your baby look just like her grandma =)

  • Thanx Appreciate it=)

  • your daughter looks just like her grandma thats cute

  • Hi! I notice you sew under the weft instead of thru it...how is that different then sewing thru the weft? You did a WONDERFUL job, love your videos!

  • @ALuvForBeauty its just easier for me to do...Thanks so much!

  • @MsChanda i luv it but as a tip u should leave more hair hair out in the front. me, my hair is thin and short and if i have more hair i can push it back and not worry about tracks showing

  • @ALuvForBeauty when you sew through the weft it tends to cause the hair to shed

  • @ALuvForBeauty wen u sew thru the weft it makes the hair shed more too

  • @ALuvForBeauty I know some people sew under the weft because its faster for them but some people rather do it that way so they can reuse their hair. Especially if its something expensive lol

  • MZ CHANDA!! DAT IS DAH HOTTNESS ON NANA:)

  • @nicolleminter Thx babes!!!!

  • hey chaunda can u wash the chocolate hair?! does it last for a sew in!

  • @KenyaAriel She hasnt had it in that long so I really cant answer this right now...I will give you guys an update on it...

  • @MsChanda but i thought you had the chocolate hair before did you not wash it

  • @MsChanda thnks 4 the site babe

  • @KenyaAriel I had wet and wavy chocolate hair and I washed it three times. It did fine...I just did a co-wash...Hope this helped!!

  • @Mspurplepassion1 yes thank you cause i think i may try their hair in general for my next sew-in!

  • @KenyaAriel ?yes it does. I have Chocolate hair in as a sew in as we speak and i recently had it in before this one.. and honey, i tell you, the hair is beautiful!!! It looks and feels great. I didn't have a large number of tangles. It works great for a sew in.. I definitely recommend the HAIR!!!!

  • great video

  • Good Job as usual!

  • Nice vid(and is that Little Miss.Inquisitive I see there)lol!!She's cute!I notice(from a comment you responded back to)that you used blk beeswax on the edges.Does that lay the edges down better than using gel/smoothers?I don't always like to use gel,and smoothers(example: blk & sassy, jam, etc.)break me out.

  • @Atiram21276 I dont use gels because if your hair is straightened, it will revert back from the moisture in it...I LOVE beeswax..you just cant reapply it to much on top of each other...because it will get nasty looking and flaky...

  • i love all the music you play in your videos...u did a good job on her hair too.

  • @chiquita25 Thank you!
