Man how safe is to use the 7V I heard you can feed current back into your power-supply . I only want to use a old fan from an old atx psu to the 7 V . I curently have a recom power plus 550W , will it be safe?
Hi, first thanks for the video and idea. I need a bit of help though, I searched for the 3 way switch and could only find guitar related switches that looked anything like what you have. I uploaded a picture to tinyurl dot com slash 6kp8uol . Is that something I can use for this?
I will be fine for the wiring :p so won't keep bugging you. Thanks.
I'm actually going to give this one a go. I managed to find an old printer switching box that is as wide as a 5 1/4 bay so I'm going to adapt that and mount it, with some leds to show which speed/voltage is selected. I'll post when I've made some progress!
Like they say a picture is worth a thousand words. It is so much easier to show some thing then to try to explain it. I am so happy that you find them useful. It makes it a lot nicer to make them when you know people are actually getting some thing out of them.
Very nice ... poor mans . ha ha :P

Is this basically like a radiator? Awesome setup+ tutorial , I bought 7 extra red LED 120 fans , would 4+ of the 120's be able to be modded into one?
