I don't see how people have the audacity to say this game is better than Mafia II. This game was awful with a capital 'a'. I played it for half an hour and was already bored with it, the gunfights suck and you can take a billion hits so you're practically invincible to anything except explosions, and even then you just get back up after being tossed across the room by a molotov. FUCKING DISGRACE TO HUMANITY

About to download this shit 4 free & play the fuck out of it...I played the first Godfather for PS2, but I really want the Xbox 360 version just for the graphic enhancements alone. This one looks pretty good too, can't get enough Mob-shit, now after watching Goodfellas, back to back episodes of The Sopranos on A&E yesterday, and playing Mafia 2. I want to crack some heads, rough up a few more shop-keepers & debtors to my heart's content. I like Mob-shit. It's fun & entertaining.  :)

There are about 100 problems, and reasons why the original The Godfather game is better then this game.

I loved the first game, i completed it about 5 maybe 6 times, i lost count after the 4th time (as you only have 4 save slots).

Looked great, played great (even on the PS2). Great storyline. All round great.

This game, is not good. Not fun. Glitchy, on some assignments it makes you bomb rival businesses, some of which i already own. So im bombing my own businesses.

This game was very great. All I have to disagree about this review was

1: You don't need to jump in this game

2: It's not to complex in getting into places and not too educational either.

The only thing's I didn't like about this game was

1: Too short (it takes about 8-12 hours depending how you play to beat the game 100%.  It usualy takes me 10 hours)

2: It was too easy (enemies were too easy to kill and you're almost invincible with your upgrades).

The game was fun, if your the type who likes just shooting a lot of people and do whatever the hell you want. You do the same thing, over, and over, and over, and over again. Take over a rival business and set your guys at your own. The storyline is virtually dead, as he said loosely revolves around the movie and barely its own storyline. I feel like this guy really over-exaggerated it. I'm not saying its a bad game at all, but it's not a gift from heaven either.

Yes, but what I think is that they should've made the jumping system a bit more advanced, because what if you get stuck between a wall and a chair (It happen to me .. ) then you can't get out, and still mobsters do jump over little spaces (Like on the top of a building, from building to building if the jump is (or less) then 1 meter. No offence... [out of char]
