Uxbridge is a heritage town. If the heritage is early roman where orgies, social suicide, murder, mob violence, and incest took place than I can understand why they call it that.

However, given that it isn't I have no choice but to belittle it to the point that it has no legs to stand on (Either because they were stolen or broken).

My advice? Steer clear. As for the golf courses? Theres plenty better everywhere else.

If you like golf Uxbridge is a perfect place to stay, there are some beautiful courses around so visit it!!!

cool! Beautiful town indeed. I live in the west of toronto but have visited uxbridge a couple of times on my bike. My motorcycle mechanic's garage is in uxbridge. There are some rolling greens in the area too and fields full of bright yellow flowers.
