i have intel processor. i always thought they were inferior to AMD, but i heard they've gotten alot better in the last couples of years.

Inferior? When the Core 2 came out, AMD was doomed. The Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quads are still really great processors. AMD's top of the line Phenom II X4 965 is only neck and neck with Intel's Q9550.

Intel i7 920 FTW! Can't wait to get my hands on the new Gulftown aka i7 980X.

people keep telling me amd is better. well im a little naive, because i really dont know too much about processors, all i really know is that processors are the brains of the comp, they turn data into commands, or something like that. its little funny, because im studying to become a computer engineer, but im only in the beginning, got a long ways to go.
