lovely tune; please slow down though- slower than you're slow part teaching someone is not showing how fast the tune is - it's consideration that the students have no idea of how this tune is to be played and maybe never heard of the tune before... keep up the good work; thanks!
Yo! Hey, nice step forward! My two cents - show your face - you're a cool and gentle guy. Second cent - work slower through the tune and be aware of each step that you take through the song. You're doing a great job of explaining portions of the tune - be aware that there are all skill levels watching what you're doing. Be accessible! Aloha - and rock on!
Thanks for watching it! I found it a challenge trying to work through the song in under 10 minutes, but trying to keep it for all levels also. but I believe it is one of those things that will only get better with time and practice. Thanks for the suggestions and for checking it out!
How instructive and what a great idea to do this on a regular basis. What a commitment and a passion to promote the dulcimer and share pretty tunes! Thank you!
Thank you! I am a little nervous about teaching other people dulcimer, but I hope I am able to learn from the experience, and yall will be able to get a bit out of the videos I post. Thank you for the encouragement!
I love the Dulcimer. I got one for a gift
years ago and plan on learning to play it some day. Thank you for my first
lesson.

Cant wait till my Yocky electric gets here for this song. Dear Lord ...playing cold frosty morning using overdrive will rock the walls off my place.

Is that a Yocky dulcimer? I have one of a VERY similiar design an i find that design very sturdy and well balanced for lap playing.
None the less, im enjoying the eye candy and hope to own a Yocky one day when cash flow is happier.~Ky

P.S Yocky would defiantly be worth the money if possible.

The soft finishing notes at the end are very nice.
Though the speed of this scares me, I hope to give it a try!

Your songs aren't quite "musical" yet, but you'll get there. Music doesn't always mean fast playing at your level.

Thank you for the insightful comment, I am working hard to make my songs more "musical". I hope you are able see a improvements in my videos to come.
